Typically, transactions remain pending for 60 days while the merchant validates your purchase and confirms that products from your order haven’t been returned or refunded. In case you do return part of your purchase, the amount of Leisure Gold that you earned will adjust accordingly.
Travel reservations such as purchases made at travel sites, car rentals, or hotels earn Leisure Gold on a varied timeline. Before Leisure Gold is credited or even listed in your account as pending, the merchant requires you to complete the reservation.
These pending periods are verified by the merchant. After the merchant validates the
purchase, our system posts Gold to your account automatically.
