License Agreement

Make sure you read the License Agreement precisely and understand each line before accepting it. Clicking the “I AGREE” tab will indicate your acceptance and understanding of the agreement and your confirmation to be bound by the mentioned terms and conditions. This license agreement is between the end-user (“You”) and joinleisure.com (“Company”).

Note: We hereby believe that you fulfill the age criteria, i.e. 18 years of age or above, before entering into the contract and adhering to the terms. Users under the age of 18 can use the services, under the guidance of parents or legal guardians.

• Privacy of Information- It’s the duty of joinleisure.com to not share or communicate any personal information of end-users to third parties which they get from the sign-up form, billing, or other ways. And we (“joinleisure”) takes it very seriously.
• Provision of Service- After the confirmation of the agreement, joinleisure shall provide access to all the services to end-users. Once accepted, users can download, visit websites, add extensions, and use all the services.
• Intellectual Property Right- End-user must acknowledge that the name, logo, content, and everything that is on the website of joinleisure.com is secured by trademark, copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights.
• Accuracy of Information- It is the duty of end-users to sign-up and fill in the forms with valid and correct information, as per their knowledge.
• Termination of Agreement- The License Agreement will come into effect when you click “Accept” or use the service. In case you want to terminate the agreement, you can write to use or delete the extension.
• Restrictions- The end-users are restricted to perform the actions that can harm joinleisure.com, directly or indirectly. This will include leasing the extension, modifying or decompiling the services, use of service to violate the law, and developing a competitive service using the information.
• Limitation of Liability- End-user should know and agree that in no way joinleisure.com be held liable for any loss or damage. Join Leisure has no liability to the end-user and third-party.
• Modification- Joinleisure.com reserves the right to modify the License Agreement at any point of time, at its absolute discretion. If you continue using the services or website after the amendment, you will get bound with the changes. You can cease using the service if you don’t want to accept the modifications.
• Consent- End-users must enter into the contract or accept the terms on their own behalf. We presume that the user understood the agreement and is ready to accept with all the consent.
